Holistic Coaching is a powerful form of life coaching, that approaches every aspect of a person’s life working with the body, mind and spirit, therefore dealing with the whole self.
Holistic Coaches work with the client to recognise their own unique abilities and strengths to address the challenges.
Many people go through life in an unconscious state, mainly just reacting to events around them, instead of learning to respond to them. It is important to realise that without being fully aware many things can spiral out of control, causing an imbalance within the self.
